Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Get Books Home, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Order Cancellation

• Before Shipping:
  You may cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. To cancel, please email us at Vishalbhatia594@gmail.com with your order details.
• After Shipping:
  Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, you may request a return (if eligible) after receiving the product.

Refund Policy

• Damaged or Incorrect Books:
  If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
• Refund Eligibility:
  • Item must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • We reserve the right to approve or reject the refund based on the condition of the returned item.
• Refund Timeline:
  Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

• eBooks or downloadable content (if any)
• Gift cards or vouchers
• Sale/discounted items (unless damaged)

🚚 Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
• If not, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
